TMT ("we", "our", or "us") provides a mobile application that lets users browse, preview, and download meme video templates. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

📦 Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our services:

• Account Information (Optional) – If you choose to log in (e.g., via Google), we securely collect your User ID (UID) and Email Address to sync your favorites, process template requests, and track interactions across devices.
• Device ID – An identifier unique to your device, used to manage daily download quotas, track notification reads, and manage rewarded-ad slots.
• App Activity & Interactions – We collect your search queries, video ratings (e.g., marking a video as fire/cold), and aggregate view/download counters to improve the app experience and surface popular content.
• Template Requests – If you submit a request for a new video template, we collect the details of your request along with your email (if provided) to notify you when it is added.

🚫 Information We Do Not Collect

• Precise location data (GPS)
• Photos, camera, or microphone access
• Contacts or social-graph data
• Payment information
• Browsing history outside of this app

⚙️ How We Use Your Information

• Enforce the daily free download quota per device.
• Allow rewarded ads to unlock additional download slots.
• Sync your favorite videos across your devices (if logged in).
• Improve search results and content discovery by analyzing search history and video ratings.
• Process and respond to user-submitted template requests.
• Track read status of in-app notifications so we do not spam you.

📡 Data Storage & Deletion Policy

Data (such as quotas, favorites, and activity logs) is stored securely in our database. Quota records are reset daily.

Requesting Data Deletion (Play Store Requirement)

You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data (including email, UID, favorites, and request history). To delete your data, please contact us at support@tiny-developer.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from the email associated with your account. We will process and permanently delete your data within 14 days of the request.

📢 Third-Party Advertising

The app may display rewarded advertisements to unlock extra download slots. These ads may be served by third-party ad networks (e.g. Google AdMob). Those networks may collect advertising identifiers in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review:

🔒 Security

All communication between the app and our server uses HTTPS. API write endpoints are protected with a server-side API key and are not accessible to end users. We apply parameterized queries throughout to prevent SQL injection.

👶 Children's Privacy

TMT is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided data through our app, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.

🔄 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
